Cockpit

The cockpit of the CORSAIR 50 combines with the salon for easy entertaining or relaxing in exotic locations. The helms are aft and outboard, opening up the cockpit while allowing the helmsman to remain involved with guests, even while underway.

This unique location offers protection from the elements while giving perfect visibility and easy access to the deck. All sailing controls are aft and close to the helmsman, therefore negating the need to go forward to raise or reef sails. Visibility is not blocked by the headsail as with most single bulkhead helm positions yet the helmsmen is protected from the elements when needed. Ample seating for 10 on four sides is available for outside entertaining.
